Mr. Stephen Lee joined TECSYS in 2016, and brings with him over 20 years of experience in global customer support and customer services delivery experience. He is highly customer-focused with an ability to balance customer needs and business priorities. He also has considerable on-premises software experience.
Throughout his career, Stephen has worked in several large corporations, beginning at Bell. Prior to joining TECSYS, Stephen worked at Asigra, a cloud-based recovery software organization where he held the position of Vice-President, Technical Support and Services.
